Rift by Estelinakina Rift by Estelinakina
I do not have long exhibited. So here, began this work in the summer, and recently remembered and done.
Perhaps someone will find here a sense:D

...

Я давно ничего не выставляла. Так что вот, начала эту работу летом, а недавно вспомнила и закончила.
Возможно, некто найдет здесь смысл:D

"Perhaps someone will find here a sense" Yes, I do... so I'll give you my thoughts, what I feel when looking at your picture...

For me, it's a shaman who looks into the world. But he alone knows that the darkness is always there, because he can walk in the ghostworld as well.  And one part of him is always there, he can never be fully part of the normal world. That's the price he pays for his wisdom, his knowledge and his power.

So, for me, this picture tells a story. That's why I like it.

I knew that someone would surely find it here)
This is a very interesting version of what is happening here. I can not say that what I draw, but it's great that you see the whole story here.
Thank you very much for telling it to me! You made me happy!
And please excuse me for such a long answer.

This is beautiful. I love the contrasting background colors, and I'm interested in the bear and dragon(?)'s significance.

Thank you very much!
For me, the brown bear has always been associated with warmth and sunset, and the dragon (here simply wingless) with crystals or ice. I'm not fixated on these comparisons, but here I just embodied them. Deeper meaning I will not disclose, it's personal.
Please sorry me about that, and for such a long answer.

No problem. I'm often curious about what goes on in an artist's head and what drives them to do a particular work. You don't need to give a more personal answer if you don't want to. Anyhow, it's beautiful.

I really enjoyed this!  :D
I love the rift and moon between the two tones.  I also appreciate the tree and the cloak becoming a slope with the bear, leading to the glacier(?) and serpent.  :)
Well done!
